We are delighted to announce a limited financial subsidy to help Community Members / NGOs, Post Doctoral Fellows and Graduate Students to attend the 5th Living Knowledge Conference (10-12 May 2012) in Bonn.

Please note that the size of this fund is small and as a result we will not be able to support a large number of applicants. If your application is not accepted the insufficiency of the funds is the primarily reason why.
Under circumstance, we believe the scholarship fund provides an invaluable opportunity for the LK supporters to “make connections that count.”

What Does the Scholarship Fund Offer?

The scholarship fund will cover the conference registration fee (includes conference lunches and conference dinner, accommodation (max. 3 nights) at the conference venue). We are not able to provide assistance to cover travel costs, incidental and outside the conference meals.

The deadline for the Scholarship Application is March 15th, 2012.
The notices of the outcomes will be announced on March 20th, 2012. Successful applicants will be asked to confirm whether or not they will accept the offer by the March 30th final deadline.

Application Procedures

Please complete and the applicant contact information and application statements. The application must be received by March 15, 2012.

All applications received by March 15, 2012 will be reviewed by a Scholarship Committee. Applicants will be notified by March 20, 2012.

Applicants who have been awarded a scholarship must confirm if they accept the scholarship by March 30th, 2012 and must complete their Conference Registration no later than April 8th, 2012.

No extension will be granted if these deadlines are missed.
