Registration for (Pre-)Conference

Conference fee

The fee will include coffee, tea, snacks, gifts, welcome dinner and a visit to the European Solidarity Centre. Please note that invoices will be issued only after the payment has been completed.

It is possible to register with a plus one for an additional fee of 60 EUR (which also includes participation in the welcome dinner and a visit to the European Solidarity Centre). We kindly ask that the additional person register as an “accompanying person” and indicate in the registration form which conference participant they will be accompanying.

Get together on Friday, 10 July
Costs for (optionally) attending the get together at the “Montownia” food court after the visit to the European Solidarity Center, on Friday July 10th: 25,00 EUR per person (90% of this amount will go onto a prepaid card to be used at the food court, while the remaining 10% constitutes a non-refundable reservation fee)

Fee for pre-conference workshop (Science Shop Summer School),
Tuesday 7 July 2026

  • 50,00 EUR for participants who also attend the Living Knowledge Conference
  • 75,00 EUR for those attending only the pre-conference
  • During the Summer School, lunch will be reserved at Manekin, and the cost will be at the participants’ own expense.
Choose for lunch and excursion

Use this form to choose your favourite lunch spot for each day of the conference  (8–10 July 2026) and to register for the excursions taking place on the weekend of 11–12 July 2026.

The planned excursions will take place on the weekend after the conference and cost 60 EUR per person:

  • Hel Peninsula – Saturday, July 11th
  • Sopot and Gdynia – Sunday, July 12th 
They both have a limited number of participant spots (30-50 people) that will be awarded according to the order of registration. 
To secure your place on the excursion, please pay the 60 EUR fee by May 1st. You can pay for the excursions and the conference fee in one payment or make two separate ones, but we kindly ask that you specify what is included in each payment.
