Emergency Medical Care

For any medical emergency phone 112. The staff at your hotel will have information if you require contact details for a doctor, dentist or other health professional.

Conference Name Badges

All delegates, including presenters will be provided with a name badge, which must be worn at all times within the conference venue

Registration Desk

The Registration desk is located at the Foyer to the conference section in the Hotel passed the reception. Please direct any questions you might have regarding registration, session attendance or other elements of the conference to the staff at this desk.

Entry to Conference Sessions

We encourage delegates to arrive at preferred sessions promptly to ensure a seat. Speakers Speakers are requested to assemble in their session
room 5 minutes before the commencement of their session, to familiarize themselves with the room and the audio visual equipment.

Poster session

The posters can be placed on Thursday from 10 am and have to be removed before 6 pm the same day. We will provide material for hanging up the posters.

Conference Social Functions

The welcome session at the municipality Wednesday, as well as the field trips during the conference  are included in full registration.  The conference dinner is to be registered and paid separately from the conference fee.

Conference dinner will be on Thursday evening, 10 April 2014 . The information about the price for the dinner will be published soon.

Dress code

For all conference sessions and social functions the dress code is casual.

Special Diets

All catering venues have been advised of any special diet preferences you have indicated on your registration form.

Mobile Phones

As a courtesy to other delegates, please ensure that all mobile phones are turned off or in a silent mode during all sessions and social functions. Smoking
The Scandic Hotel is a non-smoking venue – however guests are allowed to smoke outside in designated areas.
